Returns and Refund
Clutch City Farms upholds the highest standard of quality for all of our products. We guarantee that the quality of all our merchandise will meet or exceed expectations. Every effort is made to ensure your merchandise is manufactured and shipped in perfect condition. But, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any items within 14 days of receiving said items, and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or an exchange, satisfaction guaranteed.
To qualify for a refund, request needs to be made within 14 days of receiving product and shipping label will be provided by us.
Upon receipt of returned items, a refund for the full cost of the returned item will be granted.

A package without proper return authorization will not be accepted for refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment or other method of payment preferred, within 7 business days.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A CREDIT FOR A RETURNED ITEM?
After we receive the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. It takes between 1 and 5 days to complete the return process. A refund or customer credit (for exchanges) will be issued within 1 to 5 business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or other payments offered. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
